The PlushBucket wants you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, we will gladly issue you a full refund, excluding shipping expenses. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If possible, items should be returned in original packaging, undamaged and with a copy of the original packing list and should be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the return item is within 30 days of shipping date, you will receive your choice of full refund, credit or exchange. Your refund or credit will be issued after we receive the merchandise complete with tags and in same condition in which item was originally shipped.
Returning an Item
To return an item, simply follow these simple steps:
1. Notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, order number, date of purchase and reason for return.
2. We will respond to your email by providing you with a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will use this RMA number to return your order.
3. Package your return in original box(if possible).
4. Ship return package (you are responsible for return shipping expense) to:
